Cara Greer leads LivTech’s Physician Division, bringing together ChartPath, PUREDI, and Sertus under one mission: making it easier for physicians, nurse practitioners, and care teams to focus on what matters most: patient care. With two decades of experience in healthcare tech and revenue cycle management, she’s known for spotting solutions ten steps ahead of the problem and guiding teams through complex challenges with equal parts strategy and calm.
Before stepping into the CEO role, she served as President of PUREDI, where she helped transform a decades-old billing services company into a fully cloud-based platform serving practices nationwide. Her career includes leadership roles at PracticeSuite, SOC Telemed, and CareCloud, where she built client success teams, scaled operations, and shaped solutions that simplified life for providers.
Outside of work, you can usually find her at the beach, at a concert, or walking her dog, Riggins.
Kevin Oliver

Kevin Oliver serves as ChartPath's Chief Technology Officer where he leads the development team and sets the technology vision for the company. Kevin has a degree in computer science from the University of Texas. After graduating from college, Kevin completed an internship at IBM before joining EmSTAT as an implementation programmer and a developer on the Allscripts ED product.
Kevin joined ChartPath as a developer in 2014 and was promoted to VP of Development in 2018 then Chief Technology Officer in 2023. Kevin’s passion with the organization is helping our customers identify elegant and remarkable technology solutions to real end user problems.
Kevin lives in Houston with his wife, Marla, two young daughters, Lily and Maya, and dog, Molly. Kevin also holds the title of reigning BBQ champion at ChartPath.
Meagan Sells

Meagan Sells is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company’s medical billing and revenue cycle processes, including a full-service professional provider credentialing department. With nearly 23 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, she ensures compliance, efficiency, teamwork and profitability across all billing operations while maintaining strong client relationships and assisting with strategic growth.
Before stepping into the VP role, she served as the Director of Operations of Sertus Medical Billing, where she streamlined revenue cycle processes and built a diverse team of individuals who became an extension of the physician groups and healthcare provider offices they served nationwide.
Outside of work, you can usually find her curled up reading a good book, spending quality time with her two children or looking for her next vacation spot.
Alison Gifford

Alison Gifford serves as Director of Implementation at ChartPath, where she partners with healthcare organizations to streamline documentation workflows and support accurate, compliant medical records. Drawing on her clinical background, she bridges the gap between frontline care and technology—ensuring solutions are both effective and practical in real-world settings.
A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017, Alison brings deep experience in post-acute care. She previously worked with a large, multi-state practice, where she played a key role in organizational growth and operational development. During her tenure, she also served as Compliance Manager and earned her Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) credentials, strengthening her expertise in regulatory standards and risk mitigation.
Alison continues to practice part-time in a skilled nursing facility, staying closely connected to patient care and the day-to-day challenges providers face. Her firsthand experience informs her approach to implementation, with a focus on improving efficiency without sacrificing accuracy or compliance.
Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her family and pets. She can often be found camping, hiking, at the beach, or anywhere that offers a break from a computer screen.
Donovan Scott

Donovan Scott leads Customer Success at ChartPath, partnering with clients to optimize workflows, solve complex challenges, and maximize the value of the platform. He works closely with practices of all sizes to improve efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and help clinicians spend more time with patients, not charting. With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare technology, Donovan brings deep expertise in troubleshooting technical, workflow, regulatory, and product-related issues, with a focus on identifying root causes and delivering practical, lasting solutions.
Before stepping into his current role, Donovan played a key role in ChartPath’s early growth - starting in technical support and going on to lead implementations and quality assurance. His hands-on experience across multiple functions gives him a unique, end-to-end perspective on both the product and the customer. Prior to ChartPath, he worked on emergency department charting systems used in some of the largest and busiest hospitals in the United States, where he focused on improving workflows, accelerating documentation, and enabling better data access for analytics.
Outside of work, Donovan enjoys competitive indoor volleyball, staying active, reading, and spending time with his wife Julie and their two dogs, Kodiak and Sailor.
Cortney Swartwood

Cortney Swartwood is the Head of Marketing at ChartPath, where she drives brand strategy, content, and product marketing for an EHR built specifically for physicians and nurse practitioners rounding in long-term and post-acute care environments. With a background spanning the physician, home health, hospice, and palliative care markets, she brings a deep understanding of the challenges care teams face - and a talent for translating complex solutions into clear, compelling stories.
At ChartPath, Cortney shapes how the brand shows up across every touchpoint, connecting providers with tools that reduce charting time, improve documentation accuracy, and help practices grow.
Outside of work, she's likely crocheting, lost in a good book, or deep into an anime series - always in good company with her husband Matt and their pets, Lilo and Ellie.
Chandler Houck

Chandler Houck manages partnership relations across LivTech's In-Home and Physician divisions, connecting the people, platforms, and solutions that make better care possible in long-term and post-acute settings. In a space where care continuity depends on how well technology and teams work together, partnerships aren't just a growth strategy, they're the backbone of better patient outcomes.
Prior to stepping into this role, Chandler worked in business development for LivTech's In-Home Care Division, where she deepened her understanding of the unique challenges facing home health and hospice providers. Her foundation is rooted in public health and healthcare management — she earned her MPH from Boston University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Early in her career, she worked in healthcare consulting, helping Accountable Care Organizations build out post-acute networks to advance value-based care.
Outside of work, she loves to be with her family and friends, spend time with her chihuahuas, and enjoy a nice walk on the Atlanta beltline!
